Project POOCH, MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility, 2014-2015

Tony's mom, sister, and brother welcome his release after nearly four years. Project POOCH, at MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility. This is a charitable organization founded in 1993 to pair difficult dogs with youth offenders in prison. The dogs become trained and eventually most are adoptable, and adopted. The youth learn compassion, responsibility, and gentleness, and are eventually released. Recidivism is exceedingly rare.
